Responsibilities
- Resolve customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone with exceptional professionalism
- Document support cases accurately in our CRM system (Salesforce)
- Collaborate with engineering teams to escalate complex technical issues
- Contribute to knowledge base articles and process improvements
- Monitor support channels during scheduled shifts (20-25 hours/week)
- Participate in weekly team meetings and training sessions
- Maintain high customer satisfaction scores (CSAT >95%)
Qualifications
- 1+ years of customer support experience in a remote environment
- Proficiency with Zendesk, Freshdesk, or similar support platforms
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to troubleshoot technical issues independently
- High-speed internet and quiet home office setup
- Excellent time management and organization skills
- Associate degree or equivalent experience required
- Experience with SaaS products preferred
