Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat within 15-minute SLA
- Resolve technical issues using remote diagnostic tools
- Process orders, returns, and account modifications accurately
- Document all interactions in Salesforce CRM with detailed notes
- Meet/exceed monthly customer satisfaction targets (95%+)
- Collaborate with Tier 2 support for complex escalations
- Participate in weekly team training and performance reviews
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree preferred
- 1+ years customer service or technical support experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM platforms (Salesforce)
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced virtual environment
- Reliable high-speed internet and quiet home office setup
- Available to work rotating weekends (Sat/Sun shifts available)
