Responsibilities
- Resolve customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with 95% satisfaction rate

- Collaborate with Tampa-based technical team on complex troubleshooting cases

Qualifications
- 3+ years customer service experience in remote or hybrid environments
- Proficiency with ticketing systems (Zendesk, Salesforce, or similar)
- Strong troubleshooting skills for software and hardware issues
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Self-motivated with proven time management in remote settings
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively virtually
- High-speed internet access (minimum 50 Mbps)
- Valid Florida driver's license for occasional Tampa office visits
