- Resolve technical issues using proprietary CRM and diagnostic tools
- Document cases accurately and maintain detailed customer interaction logs
- Collaborate with technical teams to escalate complex issues
- Analyze support trends to improve service quality and efficiency
- Maintain product knowledge through ongoing training modules
- Meet/exceed monthly KPIs for resolution time and first-contact resolution
Qualifications
- 3+ years in customer support or technical troubleshooting
- Proficiency with remote work tools (Zoom, Slack, CRM systems)
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently in a home environment
- High-speed internet and dedicated workspace requirement
- Experience with SaaS products or tech support preferred
- Valid US work authorization and background clearance
