Responsibilities
- Handle 50+ customer inquiries daily via email, chat, and phone with 99% accuracy
- Resolve complex billing, technical, and product issues using our proprietary CRM system
- Proactively identify upsell opportunities to enhance customer retention
- Document all interactions with detailed notes in Salesforce within SLA timeframe
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve support workflows
- Maintain 95%+ customer satisfaction scores through personalized solutions

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- 1+ years customer service experience in remote or hybrid settings
