We are looking for a dedicated Remote Customer Support Specialist to handle inbound inquiries, resolve issues efficiently, and ensure our clients receive top-tier service.
Responsibilities
- Resolve Inquiries: Handle customer questions and issues via phone, email, and live chat with patience and professionalism.
- Technical Troubleshooting: Guide users through common technical problems and provide step-by-step solutions.
- Documentation: Accurately document customer interactions and feedback in the CRM system.
- Policy Adherence: Ensure all customer service is in compliance with company policies and brand standards.
- Upselling & Cross-selling: Identify opportunities to offer additional services or products to enhance the customer experience.
- Feedback Loop: Communicate recurring customer issues to the management team to help improve products and services.
- Self-Service Support: Assist customers in finding answers in our knowledge base and FAQs.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience in customer service, call centers, or remote support is preferred.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree is a plus.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a friendly, professional tone.
- Computer Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Internet: A high-speed, reliable internet connection is mandatory.
