Responsibilities
- Resolve customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with 95%+ satisfaction rate
- Maintain detailed case records in CRM systems with 100% accuracy
- Collaborate across departments to resolve complex technical issues
- Proactively identify process improvements and implement solutions
- Meet/exceed KPIs for response time and resolution efficiency
- Train on new products/services quarterly to maintain expertise
- Support after-hours rotation on rotating schedule (1 week/month)
Qualifications
- 3+ years customer service/support experience
- Proficiency with Zendesk, Salesforce, or similar CRM platforms
- Exceptional written/verbal communication skills
- High-speed internet connection and dedicated home office space
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Flexibility to work during core business hours (9 AM-5 PM CT)
- Experience with remote work tools (Zoom, Slack, Asana)
