Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat with a focus on resolution and empathy.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues or product-related questions to ensure client satisfaction.
- Document all customer interactions and solutions in our CRM system (Salesforce) accurately and in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with the Product and Engineering teams to escalate complex issues and suggest product improvements.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge through continuous training and self-study.
- Adhere to company policies and quality assurance standards during every interaction.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate's degree or relevant certifications are a plus.
- Proven experience in customer service or technical support (remote or in-office).
- Must reside in Illinois, United States, and have a stable, high-speed internet connection.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional telephone manner.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
