Tanggung Jawab
- Resolve customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with 95% satisfaction rate
- Document cases accurately in Zendesk and maintain SLA adherence
- Collaborate with engineering teams to escalate complex technical issues
- Proactively identify upsell opportunities for premium service tiers
- Participate in bi-weekly product knowledge training sessions
- Maintain 95% availability during core business hours (8AM-5PM PST)
Kualifikasi
- 2+ years customer support experience in tech/SaaS environment
- Proficiency with CRM tools (Zendesk/Salesforce preferred)
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- High-speed home internet and quiet dedicated workspace
- Ability to multitask across multiple support channels
- Experience with troubleshooting software and connectivity issues
- Associate degree or equivalent technical certification
