Responsibilities
- Resolve customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with exceptional professionalism
- Manage and update support tickets in Zendesk with detailed documentation
- Collaborate with engineering teams to escalate technical issues effectively
- Develop product knowledge through continuous training and self-study
- Maintain high customer satisfaction scores (CSAT >90%)
- Contribute to knowledge base articles and process improvements
- Support weekend and evening shifts on rotational basis
Qualifications
- 2+ years of customer support or help desk experience
- Proficiency with CRM tools (Salesforce, Zendesk) and ticketing systems
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
- Experience working in remote or distributed teams
- High-speed home internet and quiet dedicated workspace
