Responsibilities
- Resolve customer inquiries via multiple channels (chat, email, phone) with 95%+ satisfaction rate
- Process orders, returns, and account modifications accurately in CRM systems
- Collaborate with technical teams to resolve complex product issues
- Document interactions and maintain detailed customer records
- Meet/exceed performance metrics: First Contact Resolution (FCR), Average Handle Time (AHT)
- Participate in ongoing training to enhance product knowledge
- Identify process improvements and contribute to team initiatives
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- 1+ years customer service experience in remote or hybrid setting
- Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce, Zendesk) and Microsoft Office
