Responsibilities
- Resolve customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with 95%+ satisfaction rate
- Document interactions in CRM system with precision and detail
- Collaborate with engineering teams to escalate technical escalations
- Maintain deep product knowledge across 15+ SaaS platforms
- Meet/exceed weekly SLA metrics (first response time, resolution time)
- Contribute to knowledge base improvements and process optimization
- Participate in daily stand-ups and quarterly reviews
Qualifications
- 2+ years customer support experience in tech industry
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with Zendesk, Salesforce, or similar CRM tools
- Strong troubleshooting abilities for software/hardware issues
- Proven ability to work independently in remote settings
- High-speed home internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps)
