Responsibilities
- Resolve customer technical issues via phone, email, and chat with 95%+ satisfaction ratings
- Document all interactions in Salesforce CRM while maintaining accurate ticket records
- Collaborate with engineering teams to escalate complex technical problems
- Conduct product training sessions for enterprise clients in Minneapolis and Virginia markets
- Analyze customer feedback to identify product improvement opportunities
- Maintain 99.9% system uptime through proactive monitoring and incident response
- Develop knowledge base articles to enhance self-service options
Qualifications
- 3+ years of technical customer support experience in SaaS environments
- Proficiency with Zendesk, Salesforce, and remote collaboration tools
- Strong analytical skills for troubleshooting complex API integrations
- Certification in AWS or Azure cloud technologies preferred
- Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities
