Responsibilities
- Resolve customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with 95% satisfaction rate
- Document cases accurately in Salesforce CRM system
- Collaborate with technical teams to resolve complex issues
- Identify upsell opportunities during customer interactions
- Maintain product knowledge through continuous learning modules
- Meet/exceed monthly KPIs for response times and resolution rates
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years customer support experience
