Responsibilities

- Resolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining a positive attitude.

- Collaborate with the technical team to troubleshoot complex problems.
- Ensure all customer data is accurate and up-to-date.
- Assist in the development of knowledge base articles and FAQs.
Qualifications
- Must reside in the United States and have a US phone number.
