Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional technical support and troubleshooting via email and live chat for customers in the US and UK.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues efficiently within SLA guidelines.
- Document all customer interactions, resolutions, and technical notes in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with the technical team to escalate complex issues and improve support protocols.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and patience while managing high-volume tickets.
- Assist in training new hires and sharing best practices for remote support operations.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate degree or technical certification is a plus.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated, quiet workspace.
- Ability to work flexible night shift schedules (e.g., 10 PM - 6 AM EST).
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
