Responsibilities
- Resolve complex customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with 99% accuracy
- Manage high-volume ticket queues while maintaining SLA targets
- Collaborate with product teams to escalate critical issues and drive product improvements
- Document all interactions in CRM systems with precision and attention to detail
- Conduct proactive outreach to customer accounts for feedback and retention
- Maintain expert knowledge of our SaaS platform through ongoing training
- Contribute to knowledge base articles and process optimization initiatives
Qualifications
- 3+ years of customer support experience in remote or hybrid environments
- Proven track record of exceeding performance metrics (CSAT, FCR, AHT)
- Advanced proficiency with Zendesk, Salesforce, or similar CRM platforms
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with native-level English
- Strong analytical abilities to diagnose technical issues independently
- Self-motivated with demonstrated time management in virtual settings
- Certification in ITIL or Customer Service preferred
