Responsibilities
- Resolve customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with 95% satisfaction rate
- Document interactions in Salesforce and identify process improvement opportunities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical issues
- Maintain detailed knowledge base articles and contribute to team wikis
- Meet/exceed monthly KPIs for response time and resolution efficiency
- Participate in daily stand-ups and quarterly professional development sessions
- Identify upsell opportunities for premium service packages
Qualifications
- 3+ years in customer support or technical troubleshooting
- Proficiency with Zendesk, Salesforce, and Microsoft Office Suite
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with remote work tools (Slack, Zoom, Jira)
- High-speed internet connection and dedicated workspace
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- Associate degree or equivalent experience required
- Spanish fluency highly preferred
