- Maintain detailed knowledge of product updates and policies
- Meet daily SLA targets with minimal escalations
Qualifications
- 3+ years in customer support or BPO environment
- Proven remote work experience with self-discipline
- Proficient in Zendesk, Salesforce, or similar platforms
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High-speed internet connection and quiet home office setup
