Responsibilities
- Resolve customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat channels with 95% satisfaction rate
- Document all interactions in CRM system and maintain accurate case records
- Collaborate with technical teams to troubleshoot complex product issues
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and share with management
- Participate in bi-weekly virtual training sessions to enhance product knowledge
- Meet or exceed monthly KPIs including response time and resolution rate
Qualifications
- 2+ years customer service experience in remote/virtual environments
- Proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred) and ticketing systems
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- High-speed internet connection and quiet home office space
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively in virtual teams
- Experience with Microsoft Office 365 and troubleshooting basic technical issues
