Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional technical support and troubleshooting assistance to clients via chat, email, and phone.
- Manage and resolve incoming tickets efficiently within established service level agreements.
- Document all customer interactions and technical resolutions in our CRM system accurately.
- Collaborate with the technical team to identify recurring issues and suggest process improvements.
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and software updates to ensure accurate guidance.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and patience when handling difficult customer situations.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Proven experience in customer service or technical support roles.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated workspace.
- Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and remote communication tools.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
