Responsibilities
- Resolve Inquiries: Professionally handle and resolve customer tickets, questions, and complaints via email, chat, and phone during weekend shifts.
- Technical Troubleshooting: Assist clients with software installation, account setup, and basic technical troubleshooting to ensure seamless user experiences.
- Documentation: Accurately log all customer interactions, resolutions, and feedback into the CRM system to maintain a comprehensive knowledge base.
- Policy Adherence: Ensure all support activities comply with company policies, data privacy regulations, and service level agreements (SLAs).
- Feedback Loop: Identify recurring customer issues and communicate them to the product and development teams to help improve our offerings.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) with a reliable high-speed internet connection.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a polite and professional tone.
- Experience: Previous experience in customer service, technical support, or call center operations is preferred.
- Computer Literacy: Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and standard CRM software (e.g., Zendesk, Salesforce, or Salesforce Service Cloud).
