Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional technical support via phone, chat, and email for enterprise clients
- Resolve hardware/software issues and troubleshoot complex technical problems
- Document cases accurately in CRM systems and maintain SLA compliance
- Collaborate with Tier 2 engineers on escalated technical issues
- Conduct remote diagnostics and system optimizations
- Train clients on new software implementations and best practices
- Monitor ticket queues and maintain response time targets
Qualifications
- 2+ years of technical support experience in a B2B environment
- Proficiency with Windows/macOS, networking concepts, and cloud platforms
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce preferred) and ticketing systems
- CompTIA A+ or equivalent technical certification
- High-speed home internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps)
- Ability to work flexible hours including some weekends
- US citizenship or valid work authorization required
