- Resolve customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with 95% satisfaction rate
- Process orders, returns, and payment transactions accurately
- Collaborate with technical teams to resolve complex product issues
- Update and maintain customer records in Salesforce CRM
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives
- Meet daily performance metrics (20+ cases resolved)
- Participate in weekly team training sessions
Qualifications
- 1+ years customer service experience
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- Typing speed: 45+ WPM with 98% accuracy
- Proficient in Zendesk and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Reliable high-speed internet connection
- Available for flexible shifts including weekends
- Resident of Las Vegas, NV area
