Responsibilities
- Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone with a focus on speed and accuracy.
- Resolve customer complaints, issues, and questions in a professional and empathetic manner.
- Identify customers' needs and recommend appropriate products or services to enhance their experience.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.

Qualifications
