- Maintain a professional and empathetic tone in all customer communications.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate degree preferred.
- Previous experience in customer support, technical support, or call center environments.
- Reliable, high-speed internet connection and a quiet home office space.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
