Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; some college preferred.
- 1+ years of customer service experience in a remote or call center environment.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet workspace.
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
