- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer experiences
- Adapt to new products/services through continuous training modules
Qualifications
- 1+ years of customer service experience in remote or hybrid environments
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree preferred
- Exceptional communication skills with clear, professional verbal/written abilities
- Proficiency with CRM software (Zendesk/Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite
- Reliable internet connection (minimum 20 Mbps) and quiet workspace
- Ability to work independently while maintaining strong team collaboration
- Available for flexible shifts including evenings and weekends as needed
