- Process same-day payment requests with 99.9% accuracy and timeliness
- Resolve payment discrepancies and customer inquiries within 2-hour SLA
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize user experience
- Document all interactions and maintain detailed case logs
- Identify process improvements to enhance payment efficiency
- Train new users on platform features and payment protocols
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of customer service or financial services experience
- Proficiency with CRM software and digital payment platforms
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- High-speed internet connection and quiet home office setup
