Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via email and chat within 2 hours
- Process orders and resolve billing discrepancies
- Update customer records in CRM systems
- Collaborate with team members using Slack and Zoom
- Meet daily productivity targets of 40+ interactions
- Document all interactions using standardized templates
- Participate in weekly performance reviews
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college preferred)
- Minimum 1 year customer service experience
- Typing speed of 45+ WPM with 95% accuracy
- Reliable high-speed internet and quiet workspace
- Proficiency in Google Workspace and Zendesk
- Available to work 4-6 hours daily (9 AM - 3 PM ET)
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Resident of Georgia with valid US work authorization
