Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with 95%+ satisfaction
- Process daily payment transactions and resolve payment-related issues
- Update customer profiles and maintain accurate records in CRM systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex customer needs
- Meet daily performance metrics including response time and resolution rate
- Participate in ongoing training to enhance product knowledge and soft skills
- Identify upsell opportunities and promote company services effectively
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- 1+ years customer service or remote support experience
- Proficient with CRM software (Salesforce, Zendesk) and MS Office
- Exceptional communication skills with clear phone/email etiquette
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Reliable high-speed internet and quiet home office setup
