Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat within 30 minutes
- Resolve billing, technical, and account-related issues efficiently
- Maintain detailed case notes in CRM systems with 99% accuracy
- Meet daily performance metrics (20+ resolved cases/day)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for complex escalations
- Identify process improvement opportunities and provide feedback
Qualifications
- 1+ years of customer service experience required
- Proficient in Zendesk, Salesforce, or similar CRM platforms
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving abilities
- Reliable high-speed internet and quiet home office setup
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Available for 4-6 hour shifts between 8 AM - 5 PM PST
- Valid Washington state driver's license (for occasional onsite events)
