Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional technical and product support via chat, email, and phone to clients in Long Beach and beyond.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints efficiently, ensuring a 5-star experience.
- Manage and update customer account records in our CRM systems with 100% accuracy.
- Collaborate with the product team to identify trends and suggest improvements based on user feedback.
- Adhere to company policies, service level agreements (SLAs), and quality standards.
- Assist in onboarding new support team members and training peers.
Qualifications

- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in customer service or technical support.
