Responsibilities
- Accurately input and update customer and inventory data into our secure cloud-based CRM systems.
- Review and verify data for errors, omissions, and discrepancies before final submission.
- Generate and format daily statistical reports for the San Francisco regional management team.
- Maintain organized digital filing systems to ensure quick retrieval of archived records.
- Communicate regularly with cross-functional remote teams to resolve data-related issues.
- Assist in the migration of legacy data to our new systems with 100% accuracy.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree in Business or Information Systems is a plus.
- Proven experience in data entry, administrative support, or remote customer service.
- Exceptional typing speed (45+ WPM) with high accuracy.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and Google Workspace.
- Must have a stable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated home office space.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment.
