Responsibilities
- Process daily transactions with 99.9% accuracy using our proprietary payment system
- Provide real-time customer support via chat and email for payment-related inquiries
- Monitor transaction logs to identify and resolve discrepancies within 4-hour SLA
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize payment workflows
- Maintain strict compliance with financial regulations and data security protocols
- Generate daily performance reports using internal analytics dashboard
- Train on new payment technologies and process updates monthly
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year experience in remote customer service or financial transactions
- Proficiency with digital payment platforms (Stripe, PayPal, Venmo)
- High-speed internet connection and quiet home office environment
- Strong attention to detail with proven error rates below 0.5%
- Ability to work independently while meeting daily KPIs
- Basic knowledge of Oregon state payment processing regulations
- Valid U.S. bank account for daily ACH transfers
- Flexibility to work weekends during peak processing periods
