Responsibilities
- Process daily payment transactions with 99.9% accuracy and efficiency
- Provide exceptional customer support for daily pay inquiries and issues
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize payment workflows
- Monitor and resolve payment discrepancies within 24-hour SLA
- Develop and maintain client relationships through proactive communication
- Analyze payment data to identify trends and improvement opportunities
- Adhere to strict financial compliance and security protocols
- Train new team members on daily pay systems and best practices
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in financial services or payment processing
- Proficiency with remote collaboration tools (Slack, Zoom, Asana)
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy

- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
