Responsibilities
- Process and verify daily payroll transactions for 500+ clients
- Resolve payment discrepancies within 4-hour SLA
- Train clients on mobile payment portal functionality
- Collaborate with compliance team on regulatory reporting
- Analyze transaction data to identify optimization opportunities
- Develop SOPs for new payment integration workflows
- Lead weekly cross-departmental sync meetings
Qualifications
- 3+ years in payroll processing or fintech operations
- Proficiency with QuickBooks and Stripe API
- SOC 2 compliance certification preferred
- Experience with multi-state tax regulations
- Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills (VLOOKUP, pivot tables)
