- Resolve payment inquiries within 4-hour SLA via chat/email/phone
- Optimize daily pay workflows through data-driven process improvements

- Generate weekly performance reports for stakeholders
Qualifications
- 3+ years in fintech, payroll, or payment processing
- Proficiency with SQL and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Certification in FinTech or Payment Systems (CFTE/PCP) preferred
- Expertise in PCI-DSS compliance and financial regulations
- Exceptional problem-solving with attention to detail
