Responsibilities
- Process daily payments and transactions with 99.9% accuracy using our proprietary fintech platform
- Resolve payment inquiries and discrepancies within 24-hour SLA
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize payment workflows
- Monitor payment systems for security compliance and fraud prevention
- Train clients on payment portal features and financial literacy best practices
- Generate monthly reconciliation reports and financial performance metrics
- Contribute to process improvements for daily pay operations
- Maintain strict confidentiality of client financial data
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Finance, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 2+ years in payment processing, fintech, or financial services
- Proficiency with financial software (QuickBooks, Stripe, PayPal)
- Exceptional attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Strong written/verbal communication skills
- Remote work experience with self-discipline
- Ability to work independently across time zones
- CompTIA Security+ or equivalent certification preferred
