Responsibilities
- Process daily payment transactions with 99.9% accuracy using our proprietary platform
- Provide real-time client support via chat, email, and phone for payment-related inquiries
- Monitor transaction logs to identify and resolve discrepancies within SLA timeframes
- Collaborate with compliance team to ensure adherence to federal and state regulations
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and user experience
- Maintain detailed documentation of all payment activities and client interactions
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in payment processing or financial services
- Proficiency with digital payment platforms (Stripe, PayPal, or similar)
- Strong attention to detail with demonstrated accuracy in transaction handling
- Excellent communication skills with ability to explain complex processes simply
- Self-motivated with proven ability to work independently in remote settings
- Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)
- Must have reliable high-speed internet and dedicated home office space
