Responsibilities
- Perform Complex Data Analysis: Extract, clean, and analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for business improvement.
- Dashboard Creation: Design and maintain interactive dashboards (using Tableau or PowerBI) to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) for stakeholders.
- Data Governance: Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security across all remote systems and databases.
- Collaborative Reporting: Work closely with product managers and engineering teams to define data requirements and report on project milestones.
- Process Optimization: Streamline data workflows and automate repetitive tasks to increase team efficiency.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field (equivalent experience considered).
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL, Python, or R for data manipulation and analysis.
- Visualization Tools: Strong experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex data concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Remote Experience: Proven ability to work effectively in a remote/hybrid environment with strong self-discipline.
