- Conduct A/B testing and statistical analysis to optimize marketing campaigns
- Create automated data pipelines using ETL tools (e.g., AWS Glue, Alteryx)

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in data analysis or business intelligence
