Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and transform large datasets using SQL and Python to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards in Tableau and Power BI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Perform complex data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies that impact business performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, sales, operations) to define data requirements and answer ad-hoc business questions.
- Prepare and present regular reports and executive summaries to leadership, translating complex data into clear narratives.
- Monitor data quality and integrity across all reporting systems and implement best practices for data governance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in data analysis, preferably in a remote or hybrid setting.
- Strong proficiency in SQL for querying relational databases.
- Expert-level skills in Microsoft Excel and experience with data visualization tools (Tableau or Power BI preferred).
- Experience with Python or R for data manipulation and analysis is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to explain data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
