Position Overview: You will analyze complex datasets, create compelling visualizations, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve business challenges. This role requires strong technical skills and the ability to communicate insights clearly to stakeholders at all levels.
Responsibilities
- Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies using SQL, Python, and statistical methods
- Design and maintain interactive dashboards using Tableau, Power BI, and other visualization tools
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define business requirements and translate them into analytical solutions
- Develop automated data pipelines and reports to ensure data accuracy and accessibility
- Present findings through clear visualizations and actionable recommendations to leadership
- Monitor KPIs and performance metrics to track business objectives
- Stay current with industry trends and emerging analytics technologies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 3+ years of experience in data analysis or business intelligence role
- Expert proficiency in SQL with experience in relational databases (SQL Server, PostgreSQL)
- Advanced skills in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and Excel
- Strong programming abilities in Python (Pandas, NumPy) or R
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and ETL processes
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences
