- Collaborate with product teams to define KPIs and track performance metrics

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years analyzing data in SQL and scripting with Python/R
- Expertise in visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong statistical modeling and hypothesis testing skills
- Proven experience translating data into business recommendations
