Responsibilities
- Data Collection & Cleaning: Gather, clean, and preprocess large datasets to ensure high-quality analysis.
- Visualization: Design and maintain interactive dashboards using Tableau and Power BI to track KPIs and performance metrics.
- Statistical Analysis: Conduct deep-dive statistical analysis to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for growth.
- Reporting: Create comprehensive monthly and quarterly reports for stakeholders, translating data into narrative insights.
- Collaboration: Partner with marketing and operations teams to align data strategies with business goals.
- Automation: Develop SQL scripts and Python automations to streamline reporting workflows.
Qualifications
- Experience: 3+ years of professional experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related field.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL (Querying & Joins) and Python (Pandas/NumPy). Experience with BI tools like Tableau or PowerBI is required.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related field.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex data findings to non-technical audiences.
- Tools: Advanced Excel skills (PivotTables, VLOOKUP) and experience with cloud data warehouses (e.g., Snowflake, AWS Redshift).
