The Role:
As a Data Analyst, you will be responsible for interpreting data, analyzing results using statistical techniques, and providing ongoing reports. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement in our business operations.
Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and validate data sets to ensure accuracy and integrity.
- Perform complex data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights.
- Develop and maintain dashboards (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define data requirements and reporting needs.
- Build predictive models to forecast business trends and support decision-making.
- Document data processes and methodologies to ensure transparency and scalability.
- Present findings and recommendations to management in a clear and compelling manner.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 3+ years of proven experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
- Proficiency in SQL for querying databases and extracting data.
- Strong skills in Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and at least one visualization tool (Tableau, Power BI, or Looker).
- Experience with Python or R for data manipulation and analysis is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain complex data concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
