Responsibilities
- Collect, process, and perform statistical analysis on large, complex datasets to identify trends and patterns.
- Design and maintain interactive dashboards using Tableau, Power BI, or Looker to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Operations) to translate data requirements into technical solutions.
- Ensure the accuracy, integrity, and security of all data repositories and reporting systems.
- Generate clear, concise, and actionable weekly and monthly reports for executive stakeholders.
- Identify process inefficiencies and propose data-driven strategies for improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 2+ years of professional experience in Data Analysis or Business Intelligence.
- Strong proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
- Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros, Index/Match).
- Familiarity with programming languages such as Python or R is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
