Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and transform large, complex datasets to ensure high-quality analysis.
- Design and develop interactive dashboards in Tableau, Power BI, or Looker to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Perform advanced statistical analysis and forecasting to support executive decision-making.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical data solutions.
- Document data pipelines and analysis methodologies to maintain transparency and reproducibility.
- Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies to recommend process improvements and strategic initiatives.
- Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear, persuasive manner.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Data Analysis, Business Intelligence, or a related field.
- Strong proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL, or Snowflake) and Python (Pandas, NumPy).
- Expert knowledge of data visualization tools, specifically Tableau or Power BI.
- Experience with ETL processes, data warehousing, and big data technologies.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field.
