Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and interpret large, complex data sets to identify trends and solve business problems.
- Design and develop interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau or PowerBI to communicate insights to stakeholders.
- Perform advanced SQL queries and data modeling to extract necessary metrics for reporting.
- Collaborate with product and marketing teams to define key performance indicators (KPIs) and track progress.
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across all reporting systems.
- Present findings and recommendations to management in clear, concise, and professional formats.
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices in data analysis and visualization.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in data analysis, preferably in a remote or hybrid work environment.
- Strong proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and advanced Excel skills.
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker.
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Exceptional analytical thinking with the ability to translate complex data into actionable business strategies.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, capable of explaining technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Self-motivated individual with excellent time management skills and the ability to work independently.
